Last month I went to company outing at Kallang Bowl, this is the second time I play bowling, so fun yet lots of lesson learned for myself.

Since I never play this game before, so i tried to see how others do, and try to "copy" their style to me, BUT never success, then I try again and again till I found my OWN STYLE, which I feel most comfortable doing it, and after I practice it, IT WORKS!! Eventho its DIFFERENT and not match as how normally people do, but it doesn't matter!! EMBRACE THE UNIQUENESS IN YOU! That's makes you different with others!

The moral lesson here is UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF IS VERY IMPORTANT! THEN YOU CAN UNLEASH YOUR REAL POTENTIAL, THE REAL YOU IS WITHIN!

3 LESSONS LEARNED FROM A TAXI DRIVER

When I went back to Indonesia last months, I got different experiences as I got life lesson 'coach' from the taxi drivers who bring me from home to the airport.

He is Singaporean, but he is from Indonesia, been living in Singapore for a long time ago, his grand-grand father bring him and other 20 family members to move from Semarang, Central Java to Singapore. Not sure why they move but this is an insightful life tips from him.

To be great n fulfilled in Life u must do 3 things!
1. Control ur mind, dont let ur mind control u.
If ur mind is good, ur heart will good n u will doing good

2. Be honest to yrself,
ur heart must be steady, otherwise u cannot be honest to yrself

3. Be a hardworking person
God has give us mind to think, so use it wisely n productively.
u must know what u are going to do everytimeS u wake up in the morning, be purposeful, so no one can stopped u

Is this a good time to persuade?

A persuader seizes every opportunity. The perfect time to get a cat to come is when he is hungry. The best time to persuade a man of anything is when he is hungry.

It may be better to make your opponent feel like he won even while you end up getting what you want.

As every cat knows, a dignified posture wins respect.

Do you look confident?

Don’t think of the times you missed. Think about all your successful kills.

Is he paying attention?

A distracted audience is much harder to persuade. When you argue with your cat, you must entertain him.

If you want to get your audience to change its mind or do something, try switching to the future tense (‘Come here and I’ll give you a treat’).

When you want action, ask for bits of action. And offer little bits of treat each step of the way.

Even if you disagree with someone, or your opponent attacks you personally, nod your head and listen. Don’t get angry. And don’t push back against any of his points. Hold your fire.

(Only cats and dogs can keep their appetite around toilets.) Never ask a favour when someone is angry. And never ever, under any circumstances, say, ‘Calm down.’ That just ruins every occasion.
